Ojos que vi con lágrimas la última vez
a través de la separación
aquí en el otro reino de la muerte
la dorada visión reaparece
veo los ojos pero no las lágrimas
esta es mi aflicción.

ojos que no volveré a ver
ojos de decisión
ojos que no veré a no ser
a la puerta del otro reino de la muerte
donde, como en éste
los ojos perduran un poco de tiempo
un poco de tiempo duran más que las lágrimas
y nos miran con burla.
